For the first time in Russia there will be an offline show battle of new buildings between the finalists of the main nomination TOP Residential Buildings 2024. Each finalist will present a show-presentation of a residential complex with the use of artistic techniques, light, sound and music effects with modern animation. Between the presentations "star" experts will mark the most favorite advantages of the new buildings. At the end of the show, the Grand Jury present in the hall (representatives of 300 real estate developers and architectural bureaus) will determine the best in online voting. Voting will take place in a format similar to summarizing the results of the Eurovision Song Contest. All viewers (more than 1000 people) will determine the winners of the nominations: "audience sympathy"; "best architecture"; "new building of the future". The winners in the main nomination TOP LCD will be announced on the next day at the ceremony.
The participants of the session will hear information about the best practices of implementing CDT projects at the initiative of the right holder. Presentations will be made by developers and representatives of regional and local authorities who have directly prepared and implemented CDT projects that are already at least in construction. The speakers will answer questions from the audience, and an open discussion will be held
The developer, representatives of the city administration, residents of the future LCD, stakeholders of the project — all their interests should be taken into account in the master planning of the LCD.
