PlastFactor is Russia's first manufacturer of modular polymer flooring. It is not the first time that the company is exhibiting at RosBuild. Once again, the plant will present the best samples of polymer modular tiles, which are actively used at various industrial and construction sites throughout Russia and its neighboring countries.

For each of its customers, PlastFactor's specialists work out a selection of coverings taking into account load parameters, use of aggressive chemicals, a level of moisture protection and purpose of the room. Particular attention is paid to the design of coating laying, taking into account individual preset colours and geometric solutions, which gives the implemented projects a perfect design. Vladimir Ermolov, CEO at PlastFactor, spoke with us in detail about the company's products and plans for the show.
– The PlastFactor modular flooring is the best alternative to traditional flooring. Polymer tiles have a number of advantages over poured flooring, porcelain tiles, concrete, rubber flooring, linoleum, parquet and laminate. Among its main and obvious advantages are durability, moisture resistance, fire safety, resistance to various acids and chemical elements, easy and quick installation, injury resistance, aesthetic appeal.
– Vladimir, please tell us more about your most interesting projects.
– Every project that we have implemented is important to us, but there are certainly facilities we are proud of. Some of them are used by thousands of people. Our flooring is used by Rosenergoatom, Sberbank, Platov Airport (Rostov-on-Don), Vnukovo Airport (Moscow), Russian Railways, Gazprom, Aeroexpress, Lenta hypermarkets, X5 Retail Group, Pyaterochka and Magnit retail chains. PlastFactor is a supplier for major sports facilities in our country for the 2014 Sochi Olympics, the 27th World Summer Universiade, and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
– For which sites would your coatings be suitable?
– PlastFactor manufactures a wide range of floor coverings for various types of buildings, structures and outdoor spaces. Given the range, we can offer complete facilities from the entrance area to technical, public and residential areas such as
- universal flooring for industrial warehouses, repair shops, parking lots, public buildings, sports facilities and residential areas
- flooring for terraces, recreational areas, outdoor cafés, outdoor balconies
- sports surfaces of outdoor areas intended for active sports
- dirt protection coatings for entrance areas of buildings
- drainage covers for areas adjacent to swimming pools, spas, water parks, showers, saunas
- heavy-duty flooring and cable bridges for industrial facilities, construction sites, livestock farms, the military-industrial complex, outdoor areas
- tactile tiles for facilities equipped for the Accessible Environment state project
The PlastFactor production facility is located in the Rostov region. The plant has produced more than 26 million modules since 2006. We have a well-developed supply chain, and our flooring can be purchased almost anywhere in Russia.
– This is not the first year you have presented your products at RosBuild. Who are your main visitors here?
– The main visitors to our stand are representatives of construction and renovation companies, architects, designers, developers, sellers of building and finishing materials, procurement and supply chain specialists from various companies and organisations with a need for quality flooring. Thanks to our experience and many completed projects, we have ready-made solutions for every type of business.
